I bought the aerobic step for a few reasons and they have all been fulfilled. I use it for aerobics which is great. And I use it as a step in my kitchen. My kitchen benches are much higher than normal & I have always struggled while preparing food. Now i put my step at the bench and voila! Now I am so happy!!!!! Thank you Crazy Sales!!!!!

I have recently had an ankle fused and am now in rehabilitation. I need to exercise slowly , building up over a period and the ability to raise and lower the height is great for me. I love it and it was reasonably priced

I am currently doing Jenny Craig and it is in the middle of summer in Far North Queensland. I am therefore able to exercise in the comfort of my air conditioned lounge room in front of TV. It is a great product especially for elderly people who can step as much or as little as they please if and when they please.
