The fan arrived on time it is exactly as described not as noisy as Vornado and creates less of a vortex airflow however does circulate the air is used properly.It is amazing to use all of the additional innovative functions such as the steam function which can be used alone without the fan.The remote control needs to activated on the main fan stand this was quickly resolved by the seller who is very helpful and replied to all of the emailsWould definitely say to buy this for summer
