This is my first steam mop. The manual was reasonably easy to follow. I was able to assemble all parts quickly. I have used it three times so far and am quite pleased with it. It took 30 seconds for the steam to be ready to release. It was easy to use on my carpet, tile, and wood floor. It is a good product at its price. I just wish the cord could be longer.

I just put this steam mop together to use it. I was mopping all day and it was very satisfying to see the dirt and stains come off as it is steam cleaning. It is light weight and easy to move, it swivels and turns for tighter hard to reach corners. The steam works in lifting the stains on my tile floor. I have always been using the disposable swiffer cleaning wet sheets, but it leaves my floor sticky , the wet sheet doesn't stay in place, and last but not least, it is so pricey. I am happy that I got this steam mop, my floors are cleaned like a professional house keeper does.

Very happy with it..... slowly trying all out.... what I have tried has come out better than what I did in the oven..... only problem the drip tray is hard to clean.... it has gone dull in colour

Great heater. Looks good. Warms a smaller loungeroom well. Easy to put together. Can arrange the stones however you want. Good to be able to put on the flame effect without the heat.

Shipping took a while and I was buying because my other heater broke so I had a chilly couple of weeks, lol... The heater itself is super cute and being only 16 inches high it will fit into my existing fireplace hole which is small.. :) (not in there yet as per pic, I need to properly seal the chimney first. ) This heater is better than the Dimplex and other brand fake log heaters I have had. It has a metal protective plate to stop the heat from melting the control switches, a big plus! It has real glass panels, wow! and, the side view panels are an added bonus for the heater really looks like a real wood heater and the ambience it creates in my room in the evenings gives me a smile every time. I'm very visual, hehe. I was confused by the Thermostat setting at first but once I got the dial to the right spot it was such a bonus to have the heating turning on and off by itself.. :) It's just ever so cute. :) I give it 5 stars!
