Cats love it. Pretty much touches the roof! Massive! Worth it :)

My first order was faulty however quickly replaced with no hassles and the replacement was good. Both the communication and customer service was exceptional.

Got this enclosure and couldn't find the instructions. I thought maybe they didn't come with any. I was able to put it together without them. Very easy.

Big cage. Used to keep a kitten separated from the bigger cats. Cage looks nice but I had a little bit of a hard time putting together. Overall good product.

Instructions were missing but I was able to put cage up fine by myself.

Was fairly easy to build - just take not of the instructions and separate the "bolts" into groups of A, B, C etc. It is much taller than I expected - Mel loves sitting at the very top which is almost eye-level with daddy. Daddy is about 5'8"! My only issue is it might be harder for an older cat - Mel is only 4 - to get up and down easily - maybe add a custom ramp. But Mel loves it and your cat(s) will too. Pic is of him sitting at the top on his snuggle rug. I actually bought 2 so has one in the living room and the bedroom - though he still likes sleeping on my bed but during the day loves looking out the window from it.

My cats are loving this cat tree. Unfortunately the item was damaged in transit. The box had obviously been dropped and the corner of the base had been broken off. While it has not affected the use, it was disappointing. Overall the item is good quality for the price and sturdy. The design could have been thought through a little better. The large platform with the box type enclosure is quite challenging for the cats to reach as there is no point below for easy access up (ie. the cats need to jump out beyond the platform to get up). I would love to be able to add a second 'hammock' type bed to this as my two cats both enjoy use the one that is included. I would recommend this product as good value for money.

I have a male cat which I unable to let run freely in the backyard. this product is great allows cat to g outside and explore. Recommend for anyone who has a cat they would like to keep a cat contained in the yard.
