over all was good but remote for massage no where to put it just hang around.massage not strong enough even on high speed, not stable enough or wobbly..

I purchased an almost identical office chair 5 years ago and as mine was starting to show the wear and tear, decided to buy this one as a replacement. While I was able to put the chair together, another pair of hands at certain times would have been gratefully accepted. Like all furniture, there is always one or two parts that don't quite fit without a bit of tinkering and frustration. I was disappointed with the overall quality workmanship compared to the old chair but this is minor and should not stop you from purchasing. The massage part was okay but my older chair was more comfortable and gave a better vibration massage (the controls and the unit are identical). The new chair does score points for a higher headrest which is important during a massage to stop your neck from getting sore from your head hanging backwards. Overall, if you have never had a massage office chair I would still highly recommended it - just don't expect it to be the same as a proper 'hands on' massage or similar to a massage chair that costs $3-4,000 dollars.

For this much money I knew it would not be strong but I would have preferred to pay some more for a better built product. Even the sponge on the kneel area is so soft I can feel the backing.

The chair it's self is comfy, However. The instructions are garbage, It's very one sided chair in the sense it lean (I've tightened it all everywhere) and it's back rest is rather far away to your back.

this chair is very hard to sit in as the back rest will not lift up far enough to sit in an upright position/ would not recommend it, very disapointed

Bought this chair THINKING it was a bargain - SOOO WRONG Shipping cost from SYD to ADEL was nearly 50 $ Not only is it Wobbly as all hell - It barely rocks backwards. The arm rests are solid wood with thin cheap leather stretched over the top of it - So disappointed
