There is a noticeable delay from when you press a button to the collar responding, but overall it works just fine. Hopefully this will work to Finnish off my dogs training as he is stubborn. Time will tell.

Great quality product & impressive delivery time considering xmas/new year period

Was delivered very fast and came in one shipment pretty pleased but have yet to set up the item

Works well but difficult to empty as it bends as soon as it is lifted up so I have to mop up the wee in it with paper towels before I can take it outside to hose down. Apart from that it is great and the pups use it. The big dogs can use it also during cyclones etc as they cannot go outside during those times.

Seems to be working well, not heard the dogs that normally bark at other dogs being walked past our property. May be a coincidence as it is over Christmas people are away? benefit of the doubt goes to this product.

my daughters dog loves the steps but are a bit big for her small unit. but she will need them when her dog gets on in life as shes a small dog.

Very useful and great price, dog is using it happily! the only issue was with the delivery, it took 2 weeks to receive it. The courier held the cage for at least 2 days before sending it out. Then on the first delivery try, which I asked to 'leave it at a safe place', instead of getting it I received an email stating 'failure of delivery as no one was at home, then it took at least 4 days to send it to mine again.

I noticed an difference within a half an hour bought it to combat the neighbour's dog continuously barks for hours until the neighbour's come home.
