My first order arrived with a crack in the plastic, but was replaced free of charge and very swiftly. Good small dog toilet, easy to clean and my puppy got the hang of using it pretty quickly. The artificial grass is of good quality, and the price was excellent. Recommended.

It was very easy to assemble and we could fit it into our 2 cars in different locations, as they are hatchbacks. Keeps our dogs save and the driver less distracted

Delivery was prompt, however the actual instructions were very vague. It took an hr or 2 to put together with some help from a family member. They are good solid steps that fold away when not need, just wish my staffie would use them, shes never had to go up stairs so lm trying to teach her , otherwise l would reccomend them if your interested in purchasing some. The 4 stars is only because of the lack of description in the instructions to put it together, otherwise the actual product is a 5 star product.

This product is so versatile as it can be used as steps or a ramp. My toy poodle loves using the steps and it has made his, and my life easier as I don't have to pick him up as often. Very happy

Overall I am happy with the product but description says washable plush step covers. Unfortunately they are just a thin bit of fabric stapled to the steps. It would be impossible to remove and wash. That was the only disappointing thing about these steps.
