This is a decent bench seat for the price, but dont expect anything spectacular. It is straight forward to put together and does the job, although you will have to drill some small holes to attach the internal lever that holds the storage door open. Also had to redrill an incorrectly placed screw hole in an armrest. One of the pieces I received was broken, but the service rep from Crazy Sales was excellent in organising a replacement piece to be sent out and delivery was very speedy both times.

over all was good but remote for massage no where to put it just hang around.massage not strong enough even on high speed, not stable enough or wobbly..

I purchased three and they are great. The only issue is that the holes that you need to screw the draw runners into are too shallow and I had to use a drill to make them deeper otherwise the screws will go in crooked.

I purchased an almost identical office chair 5 years ago and as mine was starting to show the wear and tear, decided to buy this one as a replacement. While I was able to put the chair together, another pair of hands at certain times would have been gratefully accepted. Like all furniture, there is always one or two parts that don't quite fit without a bit of tinkering and frustration. I was disappointed with the overall quality workmanship compared to the old chair but this is minor and should not stop you from purchasing. The massage part was okay but my older chair was more comfortable and gave a better vibration massage (the controls and the unit are identical). The new chair does score points for a higher headrest which is important during a massage to stop your neck from getting sore from your head hanging backwards. Overall, if you have never had a massage office chair I would still highly recommended it - just don't expect it to be the same as a proper 'hands on' massage or similar to a massage chair that costs $3-4,000 dollars.

For this much money I knew it would not be strong but I would have preferred to pay some more for a better built product. Even the sponge on the kneel area is so soft I can feel the backing.

Not very easy to assemble. Instuctions hard to follow as pictures of pieces and actual pieces vary. I would have thought it would be faily water proof if its for storage outside but far from it. Holes for the back part to connect are in the wrong place so need to drill new holes.

Bottom shelf was NOT polished SS so has started to rust out NOT happy. Paid good money and then this happens. Top is great, should have told us the bottom shelf was not SS.

I wasn't happy with the delivery as it was squashed We opened the box to put it together and one of the levels is scratched
