I can sit and watch TV while riding this stationary bike, it is quite and has different settings to adjust the intensity of your workout. Great product for the money.

The bike is one of those items where some assembly is required when it arrives in the mail. The included wrenches and screwdriver are less than adequate, but the Hex wrench gets the job done. Make sure you grab your own tools if you would like a more enjoyable assembly experience. There are less than 10 parts to assemble and the instructions are straightforward giving you a setup time of less than 15 minutes if you have the parts set out and tools ready.
