I have recently had an ankle fused and am now in rehabilitation. I need to exercise slowly , building up over a period and the ability to raise and lower the height is great for me. I love it and it was reasonably priced

This item ticks all the boxes! Fantastic! The instructions for construction might as well have been left out, for all the use they were; but that said, I managed to build it using common sense.

I am currently doing Jenny Craig and it is in the middle of summer in Far North Queensland. I am therefore able to exercise in the comfort of my air conditioned lounge room in front of TV. It is a great product especially for elderly people who can step as much or as little as they please if and when they please.

I wouldn't say I'm an expert on Aerobic Steps (this is the first I've ever used!) but for the price I was expecting something of much lesser quality. It's very sturdy, feels very solid on the floor, and after quite a bit of use it still looks brand new. Bargain price for a great quality product!
