A stroke left me weakened down the left side. I purchased this product with the idea of getting some badly needed exercise to these areas. What an improvement already. I thoroughly recommend this product for its versatility.

I have been using one of these Aerobic step ups for approximately 10 years now, but at age 63 it is not for Step Ups, they make an ideal a step for my motorhome and until recently when my oldtimers set in I left it behind after an overnight stay. They are light to carry, water proof and ajustable and fit the needs of my Motorhome perfectly.

Just what I was after and didn't have to pay $70-$120 for them in the shops. Robust and easy to store when not in use :)
