Most comfortable mattres, protector , strong and durable. Warm in winter and in Summer. I bought a pet cooling matt from crazy sales and only used it on super hot days. The bed sheet will create a good barrier to this protector too. Its durable and washabke and have thrown it in the dryer on delicate mode and it hasnt ruined the protector.

I bought this item in addition to the Cool Gel Memory Foam Mattress Topper Underlay Bamboo Cover 10cm. After having surgery I was confined to bed which was becoming very uncomfortable. Once the Cool Gel Memory Foam Mattress Topper and the Bamboo Pillowtop Mattress Topper 5cm were on my bed it was sleeping on cloud. No more sore back !!! I love that it is fitted so it stays in place and I found that my regular sized fitted bottom sheet fit over my spring mattress and the 2 toppers fine. Couldn't sleep without it now. very happy with it...extremely comfortable. super fast shipping. good quality product. just be aware, that the additional bed height, may mean your sheets do not fit that well anymore. I am not really convinced that it keeps you cooler..i find the foam actually does seem to get hotter..but perhaps thats just me
