What a great purchase. It was easy to assemble this smoker and I smoked 2 briskets the next day. The heat was easily controlled with adjustable vents on the top and bottom. Highly recommended.

so easy to put together. only needed a screwdriver and followed in the correct order and simple. cooked turkey breast and pork butt and they were great smoke flavor. perfect size and price to learn on.

Very good for learning how to smoke. Sure, smoke leaks out of places, and the heat can very a lot with the wind, but that's part of the learning process.
