Easy to set up, easy to clean, and works great. This unit has two cooking racks. Each rack is big enough for a beef brisket. I smoked a brisket and two chickens the first time out. Once you get the coals going, just throw on some wood chunks or chips, and let it go. The brisket smoked about 10 hours, chickens about 4. I had to replenish the wood chunks every couple of hours and I added charcoal once. The meat was very juicy, and the flavor was great. Cleanup (emptying the charcoal and water) took about 5-10 minutes. Very happy with this.

Went up relatively easily the first time. Have now learned some tips and tricks and the second time will be easier. You need two or three people to help. Great for our backyard pool parties. This size is huge!

Easy to put together and loved it as a gift.

This little smoker has been awesome. Stays at temp perfectly -- almost 12 hours on original fuel. You can definitely feeed 4 ribs and a 12 pound picnic roast fits perfectly. I lobe this little guy.

This is just as described and for the cost it's great. It's not a heavy duty party tent but for most sunny hot days the assembly and results are great. You do need at least one other person to assist with assembling the frame which isn't difficult at all to follow with the simple directions.

My friend and I put this up ourselves in the rain. She had a hurt neck and I was pregnant but we did it just fine. Just use the white tape like other reviewers said. Match the poles to the photos and your good to go. I feel like if we two women in our conditions could do this than anyone can. It really is a beautiful tent and stayed up well for a few days. Taking it down was super easy.

As I type there is a nice piece of pork smoking away and the smells are making my tummy roar! This one is so easy to use, doesn't need constant fussing and you will become addicted to smoking it's so wonderful.
