Comfort and design is brilliant. Massage component is average at best. Build quality could be better as we had to use a tap and die set to make bolts fit. Extremely comfortable especially being able to recline.
Good product for a person who uses computer for long hours without getting up or having proper breaks.
What a great product Light weight chair which makes it so easy to move around. Very comfortable padded seat. An all over even massage. Fits all sizes and shapes. Very happy with this purchase. Very simple to use remote.
My new chair is comfortable and much more pleasant to sit in than its predecessor. As for the built in massage unit well its a real buzz literally The price was very competitive and the after sales service was impeccable. A good deal all round.
over all was good but remote for massage no where to put it just hang around.massage not strong enough even on high speed not stable enough or wobbly..
I purchased an almost identical office chair 5 years ago and as mine was starting to show the wear and tear decided to buy this one as a replacement. While I was able to put the chair together another pair of hands at certain times would have been gratefully accepted. Like all furniture there is always one or two parts that dont quite fit without a bit of tinkering and frustration. I was disappointed with the overall quality workmanship compared to the old chair but this is minor and should not stop you from purchasing. The massage part was okay but my older chair was more comfortable and gave a better vibration massage the controls and the unit are identical. The new chair does score points for a higher headrest which is important during a massage to stop your neck from getting sore from your head hanging backwards. Overall if you have never had a massage office chair I would still highly recommended it - just dont expect it to be the same as a proper hands on massage or similar to a massage chair that costs 3-4000 dollars.
Chair was a little fiddly to put together having to get the bolts at the right angle for the arm rests was a bit tricky but the massage at the end was well worth it. Need to create a holder for the remote massage otherwise it just drags on the ground and can be run over by the chair
This chair is great for soothing your back after gardening or exercising. Would be better with somewhere to hang the remote velcro maybe
This chair is luxuriously designed for portability comfort support exactly where it is needed lumbar support is excellent. It also provides a gentle soothing massage. Moderately easy to assemble. Perfect for the office but just as practical as a lounge chair. It was pleasantly larger and more luxurious than I had expected.
