I would rate this chair as an overall amazing product with solid construction and easy assembly. I only had minor issues with the assembly process and that would be that I was shipped two left arms and the "Front" stickers were indicating incorrectly so pay close attention to the schematics upon assembly.I made the left arm fit the right side by aligning it and bending the plastic slightly as the holes did not align properly and it is not a real big issue can be noticed upon close inspection. The chair is extremely comfy I could not have found the same value at a retail level for this price and the delivery was very very fast.I did contact customer support about the incorrect part and they said they could arrange a spare to be sent to be if I provided them the details but I am content as I sit in this chair with its high level of comfort.
