Bought for mother in law just about to have a hip replacement and in constant pain and has severe arthritis and she loves this topper she can now sleep a lot more comfortably and fall asleep almost imediately and loves the fact she can take cover off to wash it thankyou.

very happy with it...extremely comfortable. super fast shipping. good quality product. just be aware that the additional bed height may mean your sheets do not fit that well anymore. I am not really convinced that it keeps you cooler..i find the foam actually does seem to get hotter..but perhaps thats just me
