Why did I wait so long

This is by far the best thing I have purchased in a long time. Not only can I feel it wobbling my jiggly bits the same as they would if I was running it is doing it without any jarring or exertion. I have suffered some fairly significant injuries in a fall and have been unable to exercise due to pain. The vibration plate is a dream come true.
