  There is so much you can do with this block bench step. It was originally purchased for a friend as a gift to add to her home gym set up she used it for a few months but I have ended up with it lost a total of 23kg using it in multiple ways every second day for 20 minutes. Get your imagination going like doing pushups off of it dips etc etc.. I love it.

  Bought these at a much lower price than most brands and found them very durable and quite good quality. Easy to set up and good to use.

  Purchased for my daughter in law as a step for her customers to assist them getting onto her massage table. Everyone who used it compliments her and the product.

  I have recently had an ankle fused and am now in rehabilitation. I need to exercise slowly building up over a period and the ability to raise and lower the height is great for me. I love it and it was reasonably priced

  although this item was a fitness product i bought it to help people get into and out of the community vehicle i drive as most of the people are aged and in firmed.great product for this purpose

  The Aerobic step is stable and performs efficiently - of course simple to use and sturdy.

  I am currently doing Jenny Craig and it is in the middle of summer in Far North Queensland. I am therefore able to exercise in the comfort of my air conditioned lounge room in front of TV. It is a great product especially for elderly people who can step as much or as little as they please if and when they please.
