only problem i have found is very hard to load the bikes we use three bikes i found the best way and easiest way to load 3 bikes is to remove the first upright pole then put the first bike on then the second bike then put the upright pole back on then put the 3rd bike on it is very hard and awkward putting the first two on with that front upright bar on other than that it has been a great bike rack so far we use it for 3 electric mountain bikes
