  I am extremely satisfied with the cross trainer.As I am a diabetic and getting on in yearsit allows me to exercise in my time at my pace and achieve good results.

  Delivery timeframe was good. However putting the machine together took some time and effort. Spent more time trying to attach the tension cable and even then there were no resistance. Upon completion the machine was a little unstable and wasnt as smooth as I had hoped. It had now been pulled apart and sitting in my garage to collect dust. It was a waste of money. I highly recommend investing in a more expensive machine that works and less hassle.

  This item ticks all the boxes Fantastic The instructions for construction might as well have been left out for all the use they were but that said I managed to build it using common sense.

  Shipping for this item was very fast and packed firmly.Putting it together was a bit tricky though. The instructions are not easy to follow but if you039ve put flat packs together before you shouldn039t have a problem figuring out where things go.The only issue I had was the lubricant was mostly dried out and made it VERY difficult to push through.Apart from that everything else is perfect. It will be well worth it and you039ll get some great usage out of it.
