the set is not built for a adult the side arm press is to small your arms are to long and the length of the set is to small . it would be better for a 12 year old person. I am sorry for the bad review .

If you are looking for an entry level setup or just a light workout routine this weight bench setup is good value for money.

This is a great all in one product though after building it there was a lot of "And just where was this suppose to go?" the instructions are abysmal to say the least, there is a lot of guess work when putting it together and because there are a couple different options that makes it a little more complicated... Once it is all together though it's a good system for the price. The weights are held on in what I would have thought not the safest manner and I can't understand why the bar comes in two pieces... but I guess you get what you pay for. If you want something more heavy duty and reliable, it's going to cost a lot more but with the inclusions, it's a good all round centre! Works well for both myself and my husband!

Whilst I was overjoyed at the delivery speed, the assembly instructions certainly was a big let down. When you need to squint at fuzzy exploded views of parts to figure which bit goes where, it can become rather frustrating. Once finally constructed, I felt a rush of accomplishment! Though in saying that, there were some extra parts I still have no idea where to put. The bench press certainly functions as you would expect, but I found the 'extras' cumbersome to use in the tight spot I had set it up in. Despite all the negatives, I am happy with the product overall.

really easy to make and assembly strong, sturdy but i am 6ft 4 the lat bar is too short and the bench is fine i only use bench and front part for curls. plus barbell is cheap but nothing else wrong with it really good deal tbh.

This is a reasonable product for the price you pay. But realistically, you will only get use out of the bench and the leg curls (and extensions). The shoulder pull down and side curls are useless (if you're over 165cm tall that is). There should be a greater range of movement on each of those to be usable. However, average sized children will get use out of all functions. So I would recommend this for an average sized child. The most irritating aspect of purchasing this for me was delivery. Toll IPEC's service is extremely bad. They cannot give a time frame in which they would deliver, just a day. No weekend delivery is available for those of us that work. That's something the seller should work on, which I'm guessing affects other products too. I have seen countless negative reviews about Toll IPEC's service.

good for the price,some of the assembly was a bit difficult due to none of the parts having matching numbers to the instructions,purchased as early xmas present for my son,he is very happy with it but side curls are difficult for average sized people [170cm]
