Really easy to use, the mat would go to one side of the tread mill was hard to get back on track but did ever since then it’s been fine

Gives you a great work out, you can choose a program or you can free style it it tells you the distance you have traveled the time you have been working out for and the speed you are going and the calories you have burned and last but not least gives you your pulse

This treadmill is very sturdy, easy to put together , although it is heavy so I recommend two people. This treadmill is easy to operate and you feel safe running on it. It looks very nice in our home gym.

I was a little perplexed to start with as it was shorter than my old one, but it does what it's meant to! Easy to set up and get going as well. I'm very happy with the treadmill. The different programs are great and allow me to try different ones at different stages. I can really only think of one downside and that is the shortness of the belt. So it wouldn't be great for someone with a long stride.
