I have not got my new pets yet so have not used them, however they look like the picture and are quite large. When I took them from the box I found a red "stopper" loose in there pack. There are also zero instructions. I thought these would be good for the chooks I intend to get and not being someone who has had any pets, I have no idea how these are supposed to work or what makes them automatic.? Now, there is a hole in one of the feeders that the stopper fits into but if you blocked it that would not allow anything to come out, so I'm not sure what the purpose is. Anyhow thats why I only gave it 4 stars.

Product works well...I have a very happy cat!!!!

I purchased two units (one for each cat) and one works perfectly. The other dispenses sometimes and not others. The bowl can be completely empty and the recorded sound will play but no food comes out. I know it’s not jammed because if I press the button to do a manual feed biscuits will come out! So I have one very happy cat and one sad cat. Both units have been used since mid-August doing two feeds per day. I love the convenience but wish the second unit worked! I will repurchase and hope the new unit works.

I am extremely pleased with this item no forgetting to feed the cat . delivery was fast and quick have brought other items from crazy sales and I am very impressed with there items and service

i thought these containers were going to be 4l each, not 4l between them. the RRP on these is 79.98 which is outrageous. even at 29.98 it is pretty expensive. the containers themselves are fine, just small.

Great idea but the ants love it too.Better slow release or sprinkle something ants don't like around it.

THIS IS A GREAT AND EFFECTIVE WAY TO FEED & WATER THE CAT WHEN WE'RE NOT AROUND FOR THE DAY.

My cats were very pleased to receive this product. the dry food feeder is fabulous and they no longer sit around crying because their bowls are not full. But the water feed puzzles me i cant get it to work propery!
