The treadmill was relatively simple to unpack and assemble. Once together and powered up it did a remarkable job of taking me for a walk. On the plus side; it works. On the down side it does not appear to be all that substantial. For the price, I cannot complain.

I've only had the chance to use a few times so far however so far so good. Naturally I'm starting on the lowest number, I find really hard whether due to a new machine and it needs some wearing in, I'm not sure. I do think it would have been better if it were a more smoother type of row, will see after I wear it in more.

This has been great for me. Easy to use and set with no driving to gyms etc. I am very happy with this product. I must be - I am still using it!

This product is great and I am finding it easy to use for basic things. I would have liked the instruction manual to be more extensive, have to guess a lot of things. Am working it out as I go.

Good entry level machine. Tension adjustment doesn't really vary the tension that much is only disappointment

I needed a small step around the house and wanted some exercise in front of the TV. Fits the bill.

the set is not built for a adult the side arm press is to small your arms are to long and the length of the set is to small . it would be better for a 12 year old person. I am sorry for the bad review .
