If you are looking for an entry level setup or just a light workout routine this weight bench setup is good value for money.

Took a bit of time to put it together, but I am really happy with this product. I am sure that I will use it every day. It is ideal for my condition, as I can't ride an exercise bike, because I cannot bend one of my knees sufficiently, to rotate the pedals. With this machine I can exercise, without any problems.

Easily put together this product is sturdily built and very stable when used as instructed as a floor based cycle. The tension can be adjusted readily and offers anyone who maybe restricted from undertaking regular exercise or incapacitated in any way an ideal way to maintain some muscle tone and strength

although this item was a fitness product i bought it to help people get into and out of the community vehicle i drive as most of the people are aged and in firmed.great product for this purpose

Shipping for this item was very fast and packed firmly. Putting it together was a bit tricky though. The instructions are not easy to follow, but if you've put flat packs together before, you shouldn't have a problem figuring out where things go. The only issue I had was the lubricant was mostly dried out and made it VERY difficult to push through. Apart from that, everything else is perfect. It will be well worth it and you'll get some great usage out of it.
