  I am extremely satisfied with the cross trainer.As I am a diabetic and getting on in yearsit allows me to exercise in my time at my pace and achieve good results.

  Delivery timeframe was good. However putting the machine together took some time and effort. Spent more time trying to attach the tension cable and even then there were no resistance. Upon completion the machine was a little unstable and wasnt as smooth as I had hoped. It had now been pulled apart and sitting in my garage to collect dust. It was a waste of money. I highly recommend investing in a more expensive machine that works and less hassle.

  Took a bit of time to put it together but I am really happy with this product. I am sure that I will use it every day. It is ideal for my condition as I cant ride an exercise bike because I cannot bend one of my knees sufficiently to rotate the pedals. With this machine I can exercise without any problems.

  Good Value with fast delivery instructions arnt that great but commonsense prevailed when assembling.

  This item ticks all the boxes Fantastic The instructions for construction might as well have been left out for all the use they were but that said I managed to build it using common sense.
