The Genki Body Vibration Plate Machine is great. Lots of different options including the ability to listen to music. Also very easy to use.

I can take it at any part of our home and do workouts. Great way to be in shape. This item was just what I was looking for. Very happy with this purchase.

This is by far the best thing I have purchased in a long time. Not only can I feel it wobbling my jiggly bits the same as they would if I was running it is doing it without any jarring or exertion. I have suffered some fairly significant injuries in a fall and have been unable to exercise due to pain. The vibration plate is a dream come true.

Its an excellent machine and does exactly what it is supposed to do. It was well packed and I was surprised how cheap the postage was considering the weight.
